Spectrum Quest is about player directed growth of social skills using face-to-face Table Top Role Playing Games (TT-RPG). A common example of a TT-RPG is the game Dungeons & Dragons.

Players who join get to create their own adventurers who go on quests, and choose how to overcome problems, such as dangerous terrain, mighty beasts, or social intrigue.

In doing so, they practice problem solving skills, conflict resolution, imagination, low level maths, emotional regulation, and more. All in a safe, opt-in environment at the table.
